ED-083 5m MBR Chute
Oceanteam Cable Solutions owns a large pool of cable handling equipment including various cable chutes of 3m and 5m MBR. The ED-083 is the sister chute of the ED-072. This chute is constructed in two bolted parts, both fitted with sufficient lift points, ensuring transport flexibility. This chute can be easily installed on a vessel deck/side shell or on a tailor-made foundation via a bolting arrangement. The chute is fitted with entry rollers as well as sea-water lubrication fitting. The chute has an MBR of 5m. The chute is designed to withstand a cable tension of 10mT. Oceanteam can perform specific modifications to the chute based on project requirements. Additionally, Oceanteam can design and build new chutes to spec.
