Creative use of a C7 SEP

Early this year Combifloat deployed one of its C-7 series Self Elevating Platforms (SEP) on a job in Vlissingen-Oost in The Netherlands.
Not very often we see our platforms at work this close to home! This C-7’ SEP, a 36x21m platform, was specially modified with an ‘overhang’ which allowed DEME to perform maintenance and installation works at the bottom side of one of its own Offshore vessels/Jackups. The unit is currently being prepared for mobilization for deployment on a LNG project.
